Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation

- After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
- Refunds are only processed if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Unboxing Video is mandatory.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
