Driven by a desire to address the root cause, he joined Bithi Farm to build a system that delivers clean, chemical-free food. . At Bithi Farm, he brings his business acumen to build efficient, wellness-focused systems.

An orthopedic specialist and practicing doctor, Dr. Aranyak believes strongly in the link between food and health. At Bithi Farm, he leads health initiatives, rural medical camps, and community wellness programs—bridging modern medicine with sustainable, nutrition-led solutions.

Malabika oversees end-to-end product development, ensuring each item reflects Bithi Farm’s values. Driving smooth execution—from idea to packaging—making sure every product reaches customers with quality and care.

Navin leads operations at both our Bankura and Kalimpong farms. He drives performance across agriculture and dairy units, managing production outflow and ensuring seamless execution on-ground with precision and dedication.

Efficient and hands-on, our Operations Manager Aritra oversees daily farm activities, logistics, and production workflows—ensuring timely delivery and quality across all units, from dairy to biofertilizer.

Mr Srejon, manages finances, inventory, and compliance—bringing clarity and accountability to every transaction, while supporting the farm’s long-term sustainability goals.

Priyank oversees all agricultural operations at our Bankura farm, ensuring healthy crop cycles, timely harvests, and quality output. His hands-on approach helps bring organic produce from soil to shelf.

Nimesh manages all agriculture operations at our Kalimpong farm. From terrace farming to turmeric cultivation, he ensures organic practices are followed with precision and care.

Toofan brings experience and energy to our Bankura farm. He manages field tasks, ensures productivity, and supports intern learning with patience and practical wisdom.

Farm Supervisor

With deep field knowledge, Arup supervises day-to-day farming in Bankura. He also mentors interns, sharing real-world practices and guiding them through hands-on organic agriculture.
