With over 12 years of experience in IT services, marketing, and global business consulting, Mr. Sudipta built a successful career advising mid to high-range clients worldwide. Inspired by the impact of sustainable agriculture, he co-founded Bithi Farm to combine his corporate expertise with a passion for organic living, rural development, and purposeful innovation.

Mr. Ayan has been a part of the hospital & healthcare industry, spanning sales, marketing, and operations for over 12 years. Witnessing firsthand the rise in health issues linked to food adulteration. Driven by a desire to address the root cause, he joined Bithi Farm to build a system that delivers clean, chemical-free food. . At Bithi Farm, he brings his business acumen to build efficient, wellness-focused systems.
