More Than Organic: A Movement for Change

We are a community of over 600 farmers, scientists, and entrepreneurs dedicated to regenerating our soil, empowering our communities, and growing food that is pure, nutritious, and ethical.

A Partnership for Prosperity:

Through two flagship programs, the Organic Grower’s Group and the Dairy Cooperative, we empower local cultivators to adopt sustainable practices, gain fair market access, and lead India’s organic revolution.

  • Organic Grower’s Group: Supports farmers in transitioning to certified organic cultivation through training, biofertilizer support, and direct market linkage.
  • Dairy Cooperative: A rural enterprise model that ensures fair milk pricing, supply of organic cattle feed, and buyback of both milk and dung for circular farming.

Kalimpong – The Mountain Farming Story

300+ lands united under one vision of sustainable growth.

Beyond yields, what makes Kalimpong special is the sense of belonging — farmers who once relied on chemical inputs now proudly produce certified organic harvests.

Growing Together

Our journey in Kalimpong began with a handful of farmers and has grown into a thriving community cultivating over 300+ plots. We helped them achieve NPOP certification, introduced advanced organic practices to double their yield, and guaranteed buy-back at a premium price, securing their livelihoods

Their support stand as proof that organic farming is not just viable, but transformational.

A model built on fairness, sustainability, and shared growth.

Expertise and Knowledge

Bithi Farm’s Dairy Cooperative connects over 60+ local families who rear cows organically. We supply them with organic cattle feed and buy back their milk and dung, ensuring zero waste and steady income. The milk is processed into A2 Ghee, Paneer, Lassi, and Mishti Doi, while cow dung is used to produce our biofertilizer Bio Active, closing the loop of circular farming.

How It Works:

  1. Organic Feed Supply: Farmers receive nutrient-rich Napier and Azolla-based organic feed.
  2. Milk Buyback: We procure organic milk daily at fair, transparent pricing.
  3. Dung Utilization: Cow dung is processed into premium biofertilizer, adding another revenue stream.
  4. Skill & Health Support: Regular workshops and free health camps ensure overall wellbeing.
